Abstract:

This paper to discussed as a concise of the basic principle and radiotracer technique benefit and scanning for optimation and malfunction diagnostic of industrial refinery process.

Technical feature are easy to oction, fast and able to execute when industrial refinery process. Technical feature are easy to action, fast and able to execute when the factory wtill operation therefore factory personel can take soon to obtain the reason of process reactor malfunction and obtained the shutdown time, and to shorten shutdown time. The problem to be able to diagnostic with  technical both are free tray, catalyst level, weeping, foaming in refinery process, leakage in heat exchanger, randomize process reactor, or system, dead volume and flow matter speed. For the end of part, profitable can be obtain by industri and the opportunity can take by Batan as well as main actor in radiotracer application servicess and scanning for industri.
