Abstract:
This article intends to describe the problem of garbage and how to handle waste in urban areas.
The scavengers who help to collect the waste articles as raw materials for the process of racycling play an important role, and also clean the city from pollutans. How to organize the handling of waste articles from the sources till the end of distroyling will be discussed.
