Abstract:
It is known that some people who live along the coast depending their life on sea resources.
They caught in a treditional way, and had a limited fish production. It affected to their income and the ability to imorove their life. Poor physical condition of settlements, utilities, and facilities need more attention by the government especially in the case of spatial organization at the level of village.
